Changing your SMTP mail server
Why do I need to do this ?
In order to provide better security within our mail system, Yes Computers are altering
some aspects of the way outgoing mail is handled by our servers. Unfortunately this may
result in some disruption to service which we are endeavouring to minimise.
If you are experiencing problems sending e-mails, please take the following steps to
change your outgoing mail server (SMTP), to our new, more secure server:
smtp.yescomputers.co.uk
In Outlook Express
If you are using e-mail through Outlook Express, follow the instructions below to
change your outgoing mail server:

On the menu bar, click on Tools then Accounts, as shown.

You will be presented with the "Internet Accounts" dialog, click on the Mail tab
at the top.

Highlight your e-mail account and click the Properties button. You will be
presented with the account properties window.

Click on the Servers tab.

Locate the box for "Outgoing mail (SMTP)" change the setting to read:
smtp.yescomputers.co.uk as shown.

Click OK to accept the changes.

If you have more e-mail accounts, repeat the above steps for each one.

Click Close to close the "Internet Accounts" dialog.
